Google Ads agency for businesses that don't compete on price

Google ads that show up when someone is already searching for what you sell, each pointing to its own page and measured in appointments and clients, not clicks. From Barcelona, for businesses across Spain that don't compete on price.

Google Ads is the fastest channel to fill the diary: your ad shows up the moment someone searches for what you sell. It is also the easiest one to turn into an expense. Without a page that converts and without tracking all the way to the appointment, you pay for every click and nobody knows how many clients it brings.

We run search campaigns (SEM) for businesses that sell something expensive, where what counts is not the price of a click but what each client costs against what they are worth.

What we do

What makes an account sell instead of spend.

One campaign per service

Everything you sell gets its own campaign, with the searches of people who have already decided and a list of negative keywords so you don't pay for people who are just browsing.

Every ad, its own page

Someone searching for "anxiety treatment" lands on the anxiety page, with booking at the top, not on the home page. If that page doesn't exist, we build it.

The appointment as the conversion

We track the booked appointment or the request, not the click, and that is the signal Google bids on. We also connect the sales from your CRM, and if you don't have one, we set up a simple one.

Brand protection

A campaign on your own name so a competitor doesn't take the people who were already looking for you.

Managed every month

Search terms, negatives, ads and budget, reviewed every month with your diary in front of us: more spend when there are gaps, less when it is full.

An account that spends and one that sells

The difference is almost never in the ad. It's in everything around it.

Ads for today, SEO for tomorrow

Ads bring in demand while you pay and stop the day you stop paying. SEO builds, at the same time, the channel that doesn't depend on budget.

An opinion, signed

Before touching an account I ask what a client is worth. Without that number you don't know how much you can pay for an appointment, and Google decides for you. The accounts we inherit almost never fail because of the ads: they fail because nobody looks at what happens after the click.

Google Ads FAQs

It depends on what a click costs in your sector and how many appointments you want a month. We work it out backwards: what a client is worth to you and how well your site converts give the cost per appointment you can afford, and that gives the budget. Ad spend is separate from our management.

As a project, we quote after the first call. Within a growth partner engagement, management is part of the 1,000 to 5,000 euro monthly base. Either way, the ad budget is separate.

Ads appear as soon as the campaign is switched on, so if the site converts, requests come in from the start. What takes longer is tuning the account (learning which searches bring clients and which only spend), and that depends mostly on the budget: the more clicks the campaign gets, the sooner there's enough data to decide.

The booked appointment or the request, not the click: it's the conversion Google optimises bids for. Each month's report talks about cost per appointment and per client, not impressions.

Yes, it's the first thing we do when we take an account over: search terms, negatives, conversions and landing pages. In Nuria Marco's, the review showed the previous provider was doing next to nothing, and we rebuilt it from scratch.

Some health treatments (regenerative medicine, for example) and other categories are restricted on Google Ads. We check before starting. When it can't be advertised, the channel is SEO, as for Clínica Albareda.
