Introduction

Laura Jové is a nurse and clinical psychoneuroimmunologist. When we started she had her drive to build something of her own, plenty of ambition and nothing else: no defined niche, no brand, no website, no patients. Since then we have worked alongside her, like one more partner, to build the practice from scratch, and the first job was to decide whom she would help and how to say it.

Niche and brand

One niche (women’s health treated at the cause) and a brand that says it in one line

We looked with Laura for a positioning that would not only work in the market but stay true to her values: treating the cause, not just the symptom. That gave us whom she would help: women with cycle, hormone, fertility and menopause problems, in online consultations. That niche orders everything else: the message, the pages of the website, the words they will search for.

On it we built the brand strategy and positioning (an ally who teaches you to understand your body, not one more clinic) and the identity: her own name as the brand, typography, colour and tone, the same ones you see today on the website, the blog and the ads.

The website

A website that converts: more than 10% of visits open the calendar to book

The website had to work as a first consultation: explain a method almost nobody knows and turn doubt into a first appointment. We designed and built it in Astro, with Sanity as the CMS so Laura publishes on her own.

A page per problem (period pain, hormonal imbalances, fertility, first periods, menopause), the method step by step, and one call to action across the whole site: book a free 20-minute assessment session, scheduled straight from the calendar.

Google Ads

A full calendar and marketing with a 15x ROAS

So the calendar would not depend on word of mouth, we launched Google search campaigns on the problems Laura treats: each ad lands on its page, and what counts as a conversion is the booked appointment, not the click.

The campaigns are managed monthly (search terms, negatives, ads, budget) and grow with the calendar: 246 appointments in 2025 and 339 from January to September 2026.

SEO and content

Appointments from organic search ×3 in a year

El artículo sobre cómo aumentar la progesterona de forma natural, el más leído del blog

The content is planned to make Laura the reference on what she treats, not to rank for loose keywords. The blog and the glossary answer her patients’ questions in her voice, and every article leads to the page for that problem, to the glossary terms and to online booking, on a fast, well-structured site: Google understands what Laura knows, and the reader is one click from a first appointment.

The site’s average Google position went from 30 to 8 between May 2025 and September 2026; a single article, “how to raise progesterone naturally”, passed 68,000 impressions in three months. Appointments from organic search have tripled: 51 in 2025, 151 so far in 2026.

In the client's words

“Without HAKI I probably would not have taken the leap. Today I have an online practice with a full calendar and five times the bookings of my first year, and a team that keeps building the business with me.”
