Marketing automation for businesses that sell on value

The follow-up nobody has time for, done on its own: every request qualified, every doubt answered and every contact that goes cold, won back. For businesses where a client is worth too much to lose a single one.

An automated flow deciding which email each contact receives, over a rising curve

Nobody buys something expensive on the first visit: they ask for information, compare, hesitate and come back. Along the way, clients get lost in the gaps: the reply that takes two days, the quote nobody follows up, the person who said "not now" and never heard from you again.

Marketing automation covers those gaps without anyone having to keep watch, and saves the conversations for when they are worth having.

What we automate

Everything between the first contact and the sale, and what comes after it.

Qualification

A form that asks what decides the fit (what they need, by when, on what budget) and separates who fits from who doesn't before anyone picks up the phone.

Follow-up

Messages that explain the method, the offer and the payment options, with reminders if the person goes quiet. Written to sound like someone looking after their case, not like a machine.

Winning people back

Whoever hasn't booked, bought or replied in a while gets a message before you lose them.

Everything in one place

Forms, CRM, email and calendar connected, to see where every contact stands without opening ten tools.

What it looks like when it works

Nuria Marco, a psychologist and clinical hypnosis specialist in Barcelona, set one condition: no discovery calls, no calls of any kind. We built a flow that does that work for her. Whoever asks for an appointment fills in a prequalification form and Nuria sees whether she can help; if she can, they get a message explaining that the method can work for their case, the offer and the payment options, with follow-ups if they go quiet.

In her words: "Since I started with HAKI I have a longer waiting list, a more consolidated schedule and higher-quality clients."

At Brain Football, a football academy in Granollers, every enrolment, booking or order from families travels to Airtable through Make and triggers the right email, and the team sees which families haven't booked in a while so it can write to them before losing them.

What we build it with

Tools your team can understand and change, without depending on us for every tweak.

What we don't automate

The decision to buy something expensive is still made between people. We automate what prepares it (replying, qualifying, reminding, explaining) so your time goes to the conversations that can close, not to chasing people who were never going to buy.

Short of contacts, not follow-up?

If requests aren't coming in, automation won't fix it: first you need a channel that brings them. Google Ads is the fastest.

An opinion, signed

Most businesses that sell something expensive don't have a contacts problem, they have a follow-up problem: requests nobody answers for two days, quotes nobody chases, people who said "later" and never heard back. Before paying for more traffic, count how many contacts you lost last month by not replying in time.

Marketing automation FAQs

Making the repeated steps between the first contact and the sale happen on their own: replying, qualifying, reminding, following up and winning people back. With the tools connected, every contact gets what they need at the right moment without anyone doing it by hand.

Make to connect, Airtable as the database when one is needed, and the CRM and email tool you already use. We choose tools your team can understand and change without depending on us.

Not if it's written well. The messages carry your voice and arrive when a person would send them. In Nuria Marco's case they're written so whoever receives them feels someone is looking after their case.

You don't need one beforehand. If you already use one, we connect it; if not, we set up a simple one where every contact has a status and a next step, often in Airtable. When the volume calls for it, you move to a fuller one.

As a project, we quote after the first call, depending on how many steps and tools need connecting. Within a growth partner engagement, it's part of the 1,000 to 5,000 euro monthly base. Tool licences are separate.

It depends on how many tools need connecting and where each contact lives today. The timeline is agreed at the start, with a first flow of limited scope (reply, qualification and follow-up), and then it's tuned with how people respond.
