Webflow pricing: understand all plans

Updated in October 2026 with Webflow's current plans.

If you want to create a spectacular website without getting lost in technicalities, you're in the right place. As a team specialized in design and development in Webflow, we know how confusing it can be to choose the right Webflow plan. With so many options, it's hard to know which one fits your needs, especially if you're not a technology expert.

In this guide, we're going to break down Webflow's plans by what they're for, show you a comparison table with current prices, give you a checklist of key questions, and walk you through the add-ons and what changed when Webflow reworked its plans in May 2026.

What each Webflow plan is for

Webflow charges for two different things. A Site plan is paid per published website and decides whether you can use your own domain, whether you get a CMS and how much traffic it handles. A Workspace plan is paid for the team that designs and edits the sites (more on that below). Since May 2026, the Site plans are:

  • Starter plan (free): For trying Webflow. The site is published on a webflow.io domain with the Webflow badge, with up to 2 static pages and 50 CMS items. It isn't meant for a business website.
  • Basic plan: For simple websites that don't need a CMS: portfolios, small company sites or landing pages. It includes a custom domain, up to 300 static pages and 10 GB of bandwidth a month, but no CMS: no blog and no content managed from Collections.
  • Premium plan: Replaces the old CMS and Business plans. It's the plan for websites with a blog, case studies, listings or any content that changes often: it includes the CMS with 20,000 items and 40 Collections, site search, file uploads in forms and 50 GB of bandwidth a month, which an add-on can extend.
  • Team plan: New in 2026. It bundles the Site and Workspace plans for teams that publish a lot and need more control: publishing workflows, page branching, Localize with 2 locales included, 5 full seats and 24/7 priority support. Annual contract only.
  • Enterprise plan: For large organizations that need a custom solution: custom roles and permissions, advanced governance, a dedicated account manager and negotiated CMS, page and bandwidth limits. Pricing comes from Webflow on request.
  • Ecommerce plans: If you're going to sell online, Webflow has separate plans (Standard, Plus and Advanced) with a cart, Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay payments and automatic tax calculation. They didn't change in May 2026.

Choosing the right plan is a matter of understanding your goals and how you plan to grow.

Webflow plan comparison

Here are the Site plans with their current prices and the limits that matter most when choosing. Prices are in US dollars, per site, per month, before tax: the first is billed yearly, the second billed monthly.

For most business websites the choice is simple: if you need a CMS (a blog, case studies, job openings), the plan is Premium; if not, Basic. Bandwidth only comes into play with a lot of traffic: Basic stops at 10 GB a month with no way to extend it, and Premium includes 50 GB, which an add-on can extend.

Ecommerce plans

If you sell online, your Site plan is one of these. Ecommerce item limits (products, variants and categories) are separate from CMS limits, and all three accept Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay with unlimited sales volume. According to Webflow's help center, site add-ons can't be added to Ecommerce plans (although its pricing page lists Localize and Optimize as optional), and Localize doesn't translate products, categories or Ecommerce pages.

Workspace plans: what the team pays

On top of each site's plan, the Workspace (where your team designs and edits) has its own plan. You don't need to pay for it to publish a site: the Starter Workspace is free and includes 1 full seat and 2 staging sites (sites without a Site plan). The paid plans, in US dollars per month, are:

  • Core: $19 billed yearly or $28 billed monthly. 10 staging sites, code export and shared libraries.
  • Growth: $49 billed yearly or $60 billed monthly. Unlimited staging sites, site-level roles and publishing permissions.
  • Freelancer and Agency: The plans for freelancers and agencies, at $16 and $35 billed yearly ($24 and $42 billed monthly), with free seats for your clients on every site.
  • Seats: Each extra person costs $39/mo billed yearly ($45 billed monthly) to design full sites, or $15/mo ($19 billed monthly) to edit content or build pages with components. Seats for reviewing and commenting are free.
  • AI credits: Every Workspace plan includes monthly credits for Webflow AI (200 on Starter, 300 on Core and Freelancer, 400 on Growth and Agency). If you run short, each pack of 2,000 credits costs $20/mo billed yearly ($25 billed monthly).

Questions to help you decide

Do you still have doubts? Answer these questions and find out which plan works best for you:

Do you want a simple, portfolio-type or personal website?

👉 The Basic plan is enough for you, as long as you don't need a blog or other CMS content.

Are you going to update content frequently (blogs, articles, etc.)?

👉 The Premium plan is the most suitable: it is the cheapest plan with a full CMS (20,000 items).

Do you expect a lot of traffic?

👉 The Premium plan with the bandwidth add-on. Premium includes 50 GB a month and can be extended in steps up to 2.5 TB; Basic stops at 10 GB and cannot take the add-on.

Are you going to sell online?

👉 An Ecommerce plan: Standard if you're starting out (with a 2% fee per sale), Plus or Advanced if you sell more and want to drop that fee.

Do you have a large company and need advanced security or exclusive support?

👉 The Team and Enterprise plans are the right ones for you. Team costs $2,500/mo on an annual contract and includes 24/7 priority support; Enterprise has custom pricing and adds custom roles and a dedicated account manager.

Do you need extra features such as support for multiple languages or advanced analytics?

👉 In that case, check out the Webflow add-ons, which are paid on top of the plan.

Webflow add-ons: Localize, Analyze, Optimize and bandwidth

Add-ons add features to a specific site and are paid separately, on the same billing cycle as its Site plan. Localize, Analyze and Optimize can be added to Basic and Premium; the bandwidth add-on, to Premium only. According to Webflow's help center, they aren't available on Starter or the Ecommerce plans. The current prices, in US dollars per month, are below.

Webflow Localize: your site in several languages

If you want to reach customers from different countries, this add-on allows you to:

  • Create multi-language versions of your website easily.
  • Adapt content to different markets.
  • Improve the user experience for international visitors.

Price: Localize Essential costs $9 per locale billed yearly ($12 billed monthly) and includes 10,000 AI-translated words per locale per month. Localize Advanced costs $29 per locale ($35 billed monthly), with 50,000 words, different images per locale, localized URLs and automatic routing of each visitor to their language. You can preview Localize for free on any plan.

Webflow Analyze: your site's analytics

Knowing your audience is key to growing. This add-on offers you:

  • Integrated tracking to understand visitor behavior
  • Customizable dashboards for performance monitoring.
  • Useful data to improve your content and marketing strategies.

Price: From $9 billed yearly ($12 billed monthly) for 2,000 sessions a month, up to $229 ($299 billed monthly) for 500,000. For example, 25,000 sessions a month cost $49 billed yearly.

Webflow Optimize: A/B testing and personalization

Personalizing the user experience increases engagement and conversions. With this add-on you can:

  • Do A/B tests to see which version of your website works best.
  • Customize content based on the user's device, location, or behavior.
  • Use AI to automatically adjust content in real time.

Price: From $299 billed yearly ($379 billed monthly) for 25,000 page views a month, up to $1,199 ($1,499 billed monthly) for 500,000. It runs up to 5 optimizations at a time.

Extra bandwidth (Premium only)

Premium includes 50 GB a month. If your site needs more, this add-on extends it in steps, on top of the plan's price: 50 GB more (100 GB in total) costs $20/mo billed yearly ($30 billed monthly), and reaching 500 GB costs $174/mo ($260 billed monthly). The top step reaches 2.5 TB. It can only be added to Premium (and the legacy Business plan).

Before comparing prices, add up the add-ons you'll need: a site in two languages with analytics pays for the Site plan, Localize for the added locale, and Analyze.

What changed in May 2026

On 13 May 2026 Webflow simplified its plans. If you already have a site on Webflow, this is what affects you:

  • CMS and Business became Premium. Coming from the CMS plan ($23/mo billed yearly, $29 billed monthly) it's a price increase, but you get 300 pages instead of 150 and 20,000 CMS items instead of 2,000. Coming from Business ($39 billed yearly, $49 billed monthly) it's a decrease, although included bandwidth drops from 100 GB to 50 GB: if you used more than 50 GB in your last two billing months, Webflow adds the bandwidth add-on automatically.
  • Basic went up. It went from $14 to $15 billed yearly and from $18 to $25 billed monthly, and its static pages went from 150 to 300.
  • CMS item add-ons are gone. Premium already includes 20,000.
  • The Team plan and AI credits arrived. Team ($2,500/mo, annual only) launched the same day, and every Workspace plan now includes monthly credits for Webflow AI.
  • Ecommerce plans didn't change. Webflow left their prices and limits as they were.

Existing sites move to the new prices at their next renewal, or when they change plan or billing cycle, on or after 29 June 2026. For sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces, and those still on pricing or discounts from 2022 or earlier, the date is 16 November 2026: if that's you and you pay monthly, switching to yearly billing before then keeps your current plan for one more year.

The alternative: having the help of a certified Webflow partner

Many of our clients don't have to think about which plan to choose because they have our help. Instead of choosing a plan themselves, we have agreed on a monthly rate so that they not only have the guarantees that Webflow gives them, but they can continuously improve the website, have technical support if something goes wrong, or create new integrations and automations for the business.

That way the website doesn't stand still: it keeps improving as the business grows.
